The Fox senior management team brings over 90 years of combined experience in landscape services and construction to every project.

What started as as weekend job at his grandfather's retail nursery has become a 35 year career in landscape construction. His eye for detail and perfectionism apparent, Mick graduated from watering plants to the position of landscaper before starting Fox Landscape & Irrigation with his wife Linda over 30 years ago. From that two person family operation, Fox has since expanded to a thriving company with over 30 full-time employees, many whom have been with him for over 20 years. Mick truly loves his work and remains as excited by every project as he was during the first years in his career. He is a hands on trusted partner for all of your lansdcaping needs, and you'll often deal directly with him from the start to finish of your project. 

When he's not at work, he's riding his horse, driving muscle cars, or enjoying good food and wine. Oh, and his family figures in somewhere too!

Brian Henry, VP of Construction Operations

Raised in San Diego, Brian graduated Cal Poly San Luis Obispo obtaining his degree in Construction Management. While in college, Brian participated on a winning Design/Build team and then winning the coveted “Cap Stone” project where Brian was chosen to fly to Butte Montana and present the winning project to the community.

His professional career includes management positions with the Pulte Dell Webb organization building single family homes and a seven story condominium project in downtown Oakland, helping The Olson Company build multi-family residential communities in the East Bay, and with The Sobrato Organization where he worked on large new construction apartment buildings, new construction commercial building and commercial TI’s. Over the course of Brian’s career, he has participated in the construction of close to a 1,000 homes/apartments/condos and multiple commercial buildings totaling more than a quarter billion. He is married to Mick and Linda's daughter Andrea and together they have two adorable children. He  joined the family business in 2010 and leads the renovation and new construction side of the business. 

Brian is a licensed General Contractor and certified in Storm Water Pollution Prevention.

John Velez, Maintenance Supervisor

John is one of Fox's longest standing employees with over 20 years of dedicated service. He has been in the landscape industry for 30 years and holds a Qualified Applicator Certificate from the Department of Pesticide Regulation. Born and raised in the Bay Area, he graduated the College of San Mateo in 1984, and is married with two children.  

Client satisfaction is his number one concern, and with his extraordinary people skills, talent and discretion he quickly becomes a trusted go to person at the various properties he manages. 

John is the first point of contact on any maintenance contract and maintains open lines of communication at all times.

Gilberto Rodriguez, Construction Supervisor
Gilberto has been with Fox since 1997, and has over 30 years experience in the landscape construction industry.
